Updates to Lincoln Park

The City of West Lafayette is updating Lincoln Park in our neighborhood.

The proposal was approved at the September 2022 Redevelopment Commission meeting without any input from the neighborhood or residents.

The future park will include the following equipment:

Playground, circle swings, and a merry-go-round.

The new equipment, weather pending, should be installed by the first week in October.

Until the equipment has been replaced, the entire park is closed.

2014 Labor Day Picnic a Success!

We wanted to thank all of our 80+ neighbors and friends who visited, brought food, and shared in the hospitality this past Monday for our annual Labor Day Picnic celebration at Lincoln Park.  Good times were had by all.

The New Chauncey Neighborhood Association would also like to thank the West Lafayette Fire Department for their attendance.  The fire truck tours are always a big hit with the children.

Thank you again and take care

We will do it again next year!

Don’t forget, we will have our annual meeting:

October 9th
7:00-9:00 pm
Morton Ctr Rm 106.
