I grew up in the New Chauncey neighborhood; in 2004 my parents needed a ranch home, and we moved out. They are gone now, and I’m looking for a smallish house for myself and my artwork and my sister (4 months out of the year). I qualify for most public assistance, being 65 now and with a very low SS monthly income. Do you have any programs which could work for me? I would be buying the house, once we sell this one (in the NWHeights area). I will only receive a fifth of the sale of this house, and that does not leave much room for a decent home. My brother is a contractor, by the way, and would help me fix up if necessary. The important thing is keeping the cost down. Becky Brody
